We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our new team in Gothenbur! This is a great opportunity to get experience working with modern technologies for the automotive market. If you always dreamed of working with the team developing cutting-edge technologies, this job is for you!
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master
• Agile mindset
• Skills in facilitating Scrum Ceremonies (Planning Sessions, Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives), Backlog Refinement and User Story Workshops
• Highly skilled in organizing, planning, and communication
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Servant leadership approach
• Hands-on experience with SAFe
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of agile methods such as Scrum/ SAFe and Kanban
• Spread an agile mindset in the team
• Coach the team in agile values, principles, and practices
• Clear impediments of your team
• Care for your team to continuously improve regarding quality and efficiency of work as well as team cooperation
• Support team building activities
• Take care that your team complies with the development process
