We are now looking for a Scrum Master for Tianjin!
Description
The amount of Software and electronics in modern cars increases and the prognosis is that it will increase even more in the future. A vast majority of new functionality in vehicles includes Software & Controls.
You will be part of Vehicle Motion SW & Controls. The organization is responsible for requirement setting, design/implementation and testing for Software intense systems that can affect Vehicle Motion. As Scrum Master for Tianjin you will plan and lead a Chinese team in Tianjin towards successful deliveries in accordance with the processes at NEVS. Typical tasks for the team are: Delivery of requirements, both on vehicle level but also on component level. Delivery of source code, Debugging, Testing. This is a key role in the integration work between the organizations in Tianjin and Trollhättan. The assignment in Tianjin will start during the autumn of 2017 and end at the end of 2018. After the assignment in Tianjin you will continue as Scrum Master in Trollhättan.
The role also involves:
- Maintaining and tracking a backlog
- Chair sprint planning meetings
- Chair daily scrum meetings
- Lead sprint review meetings with stakeholders
- Lead sprint retrospective meetings
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor or Master in Science
- Experience of 5 years
- Domain knowledge Scrum and Agile methods.
- Experience from software intense systems.
- Experience from development of embedded systems with high real time requirements.
- Experience from systems with functional safety requirements and related standards, ISO-26262.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Driver license, B
