hela Sverige We are looking for a Scientific Advisor - Allergy for the International group to join our ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), which develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.
THE ROLE
Location of the role: In this role you can be located close to an airport in Europe or the Middle East. The two main offices for the ImmunoDiagnostics Division is in Uppsala, Sweden and Freiburg, Germany and you will work with teams in the International Division with focus on China, South Africa, Brazil, SE Asia and other emerging markets.
Band 7 position
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of IDD's clinical marketing programs and work closely with our local market companies and distributors.
Responsibilities will include:
Congresses and events
Represent IDD, including presenting at Allergy congresses, symposia and customer events, internationally
Share best practices across company groups, divisions & functions
Review studies, including writing protocols and reviewing results related to studies.
Working with products, including preparing and implementing material to support our allergy products.
Building networks by meeting with clinicians, customers and local KOLs
Training/education up new employees on our Allergy products
Guide and support local commercial teams with allergy related products.
Main contacts:
Internal: International marketing, sales and other IDD personnel (markets include Asia, Africa, Latin America, Australia, Canada + other emerging markets)
External: Key Opinion leaders in the Allergy market
IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?
We are looking for a person who:
• Has at least five years working experience in Allergy Sales and/or marketing, including working internationally
• Has completed a science or medical related university degree
• Is a strong communicator with extensive presentation and influencing skills
• Is highly proactive and independent, but also brings energy and ideas to team work.
• Is a strong network builder who likes to work cross-functionally with colleagues and customers around the world
• Enjoys working in an international, matrix organisation
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• Can travel regularly
