hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Bladins skola i Malmö Bladins International School of Malmö is looking to recruit an experienced school administrator to be responsible for all student administration for the school's three parts; Pre School, Compulsory School and Upper Secondary School.
This role will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
• Ensuring that all students and guardians are registered and have log in details to the school information systems (Schoolsoft, Managebac)
• Managing Upper Secondary School student admin in Skåne IKE and CSN
• Managing student teaching groups ensuring class timetables are correct
• System administrator for school database system Schoolsoft, user admin and support for all staff, students and guardians
• Managing archives
• Statistics
• Assisting School Management
• Possibly timetabling
We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of administrative experience, ideally from an educational setting. Strong IT skills are a requirement and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel, and Google drive is desirable. Previous experience of system administration of a school database system such as School soft is an advantage, as is experience of timetabling in NovaSchem or similar.
The successful candidate have professional language skills in both English and Swedish as English is the main language used in the school, but the local and national educational authorities you liaise with are Swedish.
Further, the right candidate is able to prioritise their work efficiently and handle periods of increased work pressure due to the nature of working along the academic year. To enjoy team-work, be solutions focused and flexible is essential in this role, as is the ability to drive your own work and improve processes when needed.
Bladins School is an independent school consisting of a Swedish Preschool, Swedish Compulsory School, an International School and a Swedish Upper Secondary School, in total approximately 1500 students. We are located in Malmö, a large vibrant city located in the south of Sweden.
Bladins International School of Malmö is an IB World School authorized to deliver the IB Primary Years Programme, IB Middle Years Programme and IB Diploma Programme. There are over 700 children and students enrolled in our programme from the age of 1 to 19.
