hela Sverige As an experienced SAP consultant at IBM Global Business Services, you will deliver innovative business consulting ranging from business process design to application modelling and systems integration. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and your leadership capabilities to ensure successful sales, project delivery and client success. We have an active community of SuccessFactors consultants in Sweden and we work closely with our European network for continues knowledge sharing.
With current economic and competitive environment, the demand for HR transformation is growing. Business Leaders are focusing activities to Human Capital Management (HCM), creating a more agile and capable organisation. As a member of our SAP SuccessFactors team you will get the opportunity to participate in new and existing implementations to develop front edge and powerful solutions for our customers. You will be advising customers on requirements and supporting them in transforming their business, to ensure full use of the advantages brought by a cloud based solution. This will include data harmonization and standardisation of HR processes. IBM has a local as well as a global client base and expertise knowledge to grow in this area and we invite you to join us on this journey!
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
• Certification in SuccessFactors
• Hands on experience of SuccessFactors and HR transformation, including HR process design, HR technology solutions and configuration in SuccessFactors
Further to the specific expertise described above, this position also calls for:
• In depth experience of work on all three levels: technical, functional and process.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Open to work in an international environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Ambition, excellent leadership skills and a talent for building successful client relationships will be highly valued, as will:
