Tetra Pak Global IM supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management Strategy and Standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has 540 employees in three main sites: Lund/Malmö in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
Global IM is currently seeking a strong and ambitious candidate to work as SAP SCM SPP Analyst (Service Parts Planning).You will be working in a global working environment and will be part of a Global resource pool from where you will be allocated to different projects and services roles mainly dependent on demands from business.
Main responsibilities
• Act as an SAP Service Delivery Team Member in a Global Team delivering service to Tetra Pak companies using the SCM Service Parts Solution (SPP)
• Participate in SCM SPP projects
• Further develop & enhance the solution and support existing solution
• Continuously work with improvements in cooperation with the organisation using the tool
Qualifications
You are a focused and analytical person who always takes accountability/responsibility for your assigned tasks. You can work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently and effectively. You are business-focused, customer and service minded. Your communication skills in English are excellent. You are a good team player and are able to interact well in a global / virtual team.
You have a university degree from relevant area. We see that you have at least 2 years experience of the SAP R/3 SCM SPP module or possibly equivalent Planning Solutions together with programming skills in ABAP.
We also see that you have 3-5 years of experience from working with SAP implementations in general.
