hela Sverige We are looking for an Application Expert for POS-IN to the Functional Area Flow store. POS-IN team delivers sales data validation, aggregation and distribution in SAP POS-DM and SAP CAR POS-DTA.
Responsibilities
The primary tasks for the senior Application Expert in POS-IN are:
• Design and specify GAPS from template
• Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
• Drive rollout tasks and meetings
• Drive solution Workshops and requirements with stakeholders
• Support and ensure solution delivery with the Functional Area Architect and Application Experts
• Ensure cross-functional interaction with other stakeholders
• Participate in the feasibility study work for new initiatives (prepare / review comprehensive solution and estimate)
• Involve and inform the Functional Area Architect and Functional Area Responsible on relevant issues
• Own and drive integration and formats to/from POS together with Functional Area Architect
• Test planning together with test-lead
• Conduct and participate in Knowledge Transfer to personnel for system related configuration etc
• Maintaining documentation such as Blueprints and Functional Specifications
Competences
Mandatory Skills
Should have hands-on experience of working with complex XML based interfaces
Should have a technical / developer background and be comfortable examining code / debugging applications
Should be capable of designing high performance data models
Some experience of database design / modelling / administration
Capable of working with SAP Architectural design
Capable of defining non-functional requirements and translating into a landscape design
Experience from performance testing / tuning
Delivering complex mapping and functional specifications
Hands-on experience of SAP products
Qualifying
• Working with critical, extremely high-volume applications
• Hands-on experience of POS-DM / POS-DTA in CAR
Alternatively hands-on experience of SAP BW, SAP APO
• SAP Knowledge in general
• Retail experience
• Business process experience
• Experience in work instructions/methods developement
• Good communications skills
• Experience in multi cultural work environment
