IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.SAP Center of Excellence is a part of Scania IT that aims to provide Scania with cross-functional strategic guidance and unified SAP solutions. As part of a new strategic direction, SAP CoE has been integrated in the same organization as our ERP Digital Core section that works on major Scania cross-functional platforms as D365, MS AX, CRM, SAP.
We are looking for a new team member who will be working with design, deployment and development of SAP Master Data Governance solution. We expect you to have:
• Relevant work experience as Master Data Architect or in a similar position: 6+ years
• Experience with data models in MDG
• Experience of creating/maintaining UI's in MDG
• Experience of BRF+ and DRF options in MDG
• Experience in process modelling
• Experience of configuring & setting up data replication solution
• Hands-on experience in SAP implementation where Master Data Governance was candidate's primary competence area
• At least 3 full cycle SAP implementation projects with cross-functional master data activities
• SAP S/4HANA certification
• Good to have: automotive industry specific experience
On top of that, the following are the top factors required to succeed in the role:
• Fluency in English, Swedish - optional
• Profound understanding of SAP product/service portfolio in the area of master data management incl. MDG and MDG on S/4HANA
• Understanding of business processes, with focus on processes involving MD objects like BP, material, BoM, GL-account and PC/CC
• Good communication skills and ability to ask questions and present proposed architecture to business- and IT stakeholders
• Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology and MD-related deliveries expected in different stages of implementation
We expect that you should be able to conduct the following activities:
• Implementing SAP MDG architecture to support Scania's business processes in the scope of SAP Digital Core implementation
• Setting up processes in SAP MDG according to defined SAP Master Data Governance strategy and other guardrails
• Working together with a team of cross-functional IT professionals and business stakeholders to ensure successful completion of tasks defined the MD area of all implementation phases
