We are now looking for a solution manager/application architect (SM/AA), who will be responsible for our solutions including integrations to other applications and processes. We would like you to have strong experience within the financial and controlling area and understand the challenges and opportunities that a financial department are faced with. A real interest in and understanding of the business drivers and of how technology can support customer?s way forward. The SM/AA will perform pre-studies, translation of business requirements into high-level design documents on which external partners base their specifications. The SM/AA will facilitate governance of the solutions and create and maintain solution roadmaps in collaboration with the business and application architects. The SM/AA will also perform pre-studies, coordinate activities between different teams and play a consultative role in our business. Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicative skills and negotiating skills including experience in managing external partners are required.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in the field of IT solutions, business and management.
• Strong financial understanding, preferred with accounting or controlling experience.
• Proven experience of playing the key role in the design and development of IT solutions for Finance as well as other areas.
• Strong SAP skill set within the areas of FI/CO.
• Knowledge of areas such as purchasing and logistics are seen as a advantage (SRM, Ariba, SD, MM etc)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience of operating internationally across geographical regions, preferably with outsourced partners.
• Experience of working with roadmaps and product planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communicating and negotiating skills, experience in working with external vendors.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in written.
