WorkShop is now looking for a Retail Operations Lead who will lead the Samsung Retail Operations team in Sweden. We are looking for a highly driven team player with excellent people management skills and a passion for retail. The Retail Operations Lead will be based in Samsung Electronics' office in Stockholm, but is expected to travel in Sweden.
As a Retail Operations Lead your main task is to lead the Field Force team by creating the right conditions for them to succeed and ensuring an accurate on-time delivery with good quality output. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and it is crucial to learn to master the Samsung range and offer.
As a person you are adaptable and a fast learner, who values speed and change. You are self-driven, take pride and ownership of your work area, and are also able to transmit that feeling forward to your team and customers. You are a natural leader with a strategic mindset and you always strive for improvements. Further you are passionate about new technology and building relations. You also have a great eye for administration and are thorough in everything you do.
We believe that the right applicant for this position meets the following criteria:
• Relevant degree in e.g. Business Administration or Marketing
• 2-3 years of experience within sales and/or marketing, preferably from a tier one company
• Proven track record of successful people management
• Highly driven and inspiring
• Great passion for retail and Samsung
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels
• Ability to deliver on administration and reporting requirements
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Drivers license
