Wanted: A Sales Account Executive with Personality – Scandinavia
DIDMO, the leading player in the Swedish mobile advertising market, is looking for a full-time, sales account executive to come in and take charge of advertising sales for the Scandinavian market. We are a young, dynamic company with a proven technology and are now launching our service in key international markets.
We’re looking for an individual who is motivated, organized and charming – someone who rarely takes ‘no’ for an answer, can turn a ‘maybe’ into a ‘yes’, and can magically add an extra zero to a client’s mobile advertising budget. Our account representative will be ultimately responsible for developing and increasing our advertising network throughout Scandinavia.

Responsibilities
Generate advertising sales within Scandinavia, full management of the sales cycle from start to finish
Meet all assigned sales quotas and objectives
Ensure customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
Secure business development with mid to large sized advertising agencies
Maintain high business standards and ethics
Attributes
Client focused - able to match customer needs to appropriate solutions
Organized- establishes a well-defined course of action to accomplish goals and monitors progress against targets
Team player – assists in creating a positive team climate
Self-disciplined – able to work individually or in a group setting to deliver quantifiable results
Flexible- able to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, and be willing to travel throughout Scandinavia
Qualifications
University or college education, preferably with a degree in business
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a sales position within the mobile or digital media advertising industry
Advanced Swedish and English language skills, both written and oral. Other Scandinavian languages an asset.
Superb communication and presentation skills
Able to interact in a professional manner with co-workers, management and clients.
Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
Mobile phone provided. Commissions paid monthly, quarterly and end of year in addition to base salary
