The operation of Volvo Bil is sale of new and used cars, car rental, service and repairs, direct service of sheet and paintwork, car parts, fuel and car wash. Volvo Bil operate as a car dealer. The customers of Volvo Bil is mainly Volvo Car Group and Volvo Group and their employees.
The turnover of Volvo Bil is 3.500 MSEK and the number of employees is about 300. The operation take place in three different plants in Göteborg; Lundby, Tuve and Volvo City.
Car sales department at Volvo Bil are now looking for a skilful, accurate and committed salesperson to our sales team. In our Car sales department we have salespersons, car delivery administrators and car management staff. We have a good and close cooperation with the sales service staff and our workshops. Our main work is to sell new, used and Re-lease cars to Volvo employees. Re-Lease car is a used company car for Volvo Car Corporation employees and it is a very wanted and requested product.
In your role as Re-lease car salesperson you will help Volvo employees to find their dream car.
You will work for the Car sales department and report to the Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities
* Responsible for administration, delivery and sales of Re-Lease cars
* Manage bookings for workshops and Vehicle Inspections
* Manage and maintain professional customer relationship
* Customer focus, customer values and create trust
* Promote new products and services
Required qualifications
* Experience of customer service and sales
* Education - Degree or equivalent
* Knowledge of Volvo products and overview of key competitors' products
* Driver license
* Fluent in English written and spoken
* Experience from Automotive is meritorious

* Open and service-minded
* Driven and influencer
* Business oriented
* Strong sense of responsibility and willingness.
* Respect and empathy for co-workers regardless of their background or position in the company.
