This will result in many new interesting development areas in the upcoming years and an opportunity to influence the company's future.
One of the key ongoing projects is the launch of our new tech stack meaning that we are replacing all key systems both at hotel level but also on headquarter level. With the new tech stack we have opted in on the Salesforce platform to help us reach our long term goals on growth, efficiency, sustainability & guest experience
As a Salesforce solution architect you will play a crucial role in developing our Salesforce platform within Strawberry to deliver on the business strategy of the company. You will be responsible for the successful implementation & customization of Salesforce,
You will work closely with our Salesforce Platform Owner and other key stakeholders to deliver on the development roadmap for our Salesforce platform.
You'll be a central representative for the Salesforce platform team in cross divisional projects, made up of brilliant people, who have varied skill sets and work in a supportive culture.
This role will give you an opportunity to work across different business entities in Strawberry helping them use technology to reach their strategic goals.
You will report to both Salesforce Platform Owner & Head of Group Applications
Key Responsibilities:
• Help design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, delivering value to our stakeholders.
• Oversee solutions for all new development within the Salesforce platform along with the Salesforce Platform Owner.
• Ensure the creation of robust solutions for the future, along with the further development of our existing platforms and processes.
• Conduct code reviews and be a guiding figure to junior developers helping to mentor them and showcase best practice.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce solution architect
• APEX, LWC, and Sales Cloud experience
• Confidence and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
• Beneficial: Service Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud experience, architecture exposure, consultancy experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Fluently in English and preferably also in either Norwegian or Swedish
• Strong understanding of use of the Salesforce Platform and best practices.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with Salesforce advancements.
The role is to be based either in Strawberry 's head office in Oslo or Stockholm.
