Consultants will work onsite with customers to analyse their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce.com and systems. Specific areas of concentration include:
System implementation & adoption
Salesforce.com service & support
Salesforce.com Salesforce automation
Pre-sales support
Regional network building with technology partners and other Appirio regions
Hiring support for other roles in the region
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
4-5+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects
Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configuration
Background in CRM process design and implementation
Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.) is an advantage
Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
Experience with Agile or hybrid agile projects
Experience in planning and running workshops for requirements elicitation
Experience writing Epics and User Stories
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong customer facing skills
Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
Previous consulting experience at a SFDC gold partner or above is desirable
ADM 201 at a minimum, Salesforce Cloud Consultant certifications desirable
Ideally located in Stockholm, Sweden. However, other cities will be considered
Fluent in English and a Nordic language
Able to travel locally and internationally up to 40-60%
