We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Salesforce Administrator where experience and skills within Salesforce CPQ are key. Your contributions will be instrumental in the continual enhancement of our Salesforce platform. You will work with the team to improve the day-to-day productivity and operational effectiveness of the entire company and ensure deliverables related to the productivity of our sales, product, and finance teams through intelligent workflows, reliable data, and scalable systems.

About the role
As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll step into a pivotal role in ensuring user- and business satisfaction and the seamless operation of the Signicat Salesforce Platform. You will have a large customer base in all our colleagues across locations where your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Act as a Salesforce Administrator, working alongside the Salesforce team to maintain, optimize, and develop our Salesforce platform (sales cloud), CPQ and connected 3rd party components and services.
Ensure that our assisted sales- and online sales channels are operating efficiently. This involves maintaining and improving a complex Salesforce CPQ implementation and the Quote-2-Cash flows.
Hands-on configuration and improvement of the Salesforce platform incl. CPQ through all phases of development/configuration and deployment.
Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, validation rules, etc.
Understanding and Experience with Salesforce customizations (Apex, VF, etc.) and common Salesforce configuration flows incl. process builders.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce and CPQ best practices based on the business needs and requirements.
Creation of well-written documentation, both process and functional

You are proficient in all aspects of the Salesforce platform (sales cloud) and CPQ capabilities and flows.
You are technical and want to grow. This implies that you preferably have knowledge and/or experience with the administration of the Salesforce platform and its different service offerings including CPQ.
3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience, release management, and deployment expertise
Functional knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with CPQ such as Certinia Billing, Nintex, and Prodly AppOps.
You have experience and a deep understanding of the quote-to-cash processes and how these are supported by the Salesforce (sales cloud) and CPQ capabilities.
You hold a Salesforce Administrator and CPQ certification, but we greatly appreciate and recognize the value of substantial practical experience.
You enjoy having close contact with people where you can understand different points of view.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
You speak and write English fluently
