We are looking for a sales-minded customer service representative who want to participate and develop our client's business in the Norwegian market. If you are native Norwegian, and enjoy service and sales, this is a job for you! This is a direct recruitment to the client.
The company Our client one of the Nordics largest e-commerce companies for profile products and promotional gifts. The company is currently established in the Nordic countries, Italy Germany, and the UK.
You would be working in their Stockholm office.
The role As a customer service employee, you will primarily be responsible for our Norwegian customers' orders and communicate with them via phone and email. Your job is to build good relationships with the customers and help them to make their orders safely and easily. The service also means daily contact with the suppliers around Europe. The professional role entails own responsibility and problem solving.
Your profile As you have daily contact with customers, it is important that you are service-oriented, stress-responsive and committed. You have a selling way and ability to guide the customer towards the right option. High quality is something that is highly valued as the client's goal is to always provide the customer with the best service.
You need to be able to speak and write Norwegian . In addition, you also need good computer skills and like talking on the phone. You should also master English.
We would like you to have experience with customer service or other service work. It is meritorious with knowledge and experience of sales and to work towards set goals.
