Separation Products is a department within AkzoNobel Pulp and Performance Chemicals, with 2 400 employees in 35 countries, it is a global business unit within AkzoNobel, one of the world's largest chemical groups, with about 50 000 employees in more than 80 countries.
We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the following role as Sales Support Operator (SSO) the position is based in Bohus.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
Receipt and review of orders, input into SAP, order status control, monitoring, invoicing and follow up.
Check stock availability and take initiative to contact Plant Supply Coordinators and customers when order fulfilment problems occur.
Book transport for road and overseas and issue shipping documents for dangerous goods
Handle third party flow orders in SAP
Handle export order with payment terms draft, collection and Letter of credit and issue the corresponding commercial documents.
Acquire the role of information source for both internal and external customers.
Be responsible for returns handling and complaints.
Job requirements:
Education in Economy or Logistics or corresponding experience/competence.
A few years of working experience from customer service.
Knowledge of SAP and especially the OTC flow.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in order to be effective.
Excellent customer service sense.
High social competence and ability to build long term relationship.
Experience from working in a global environment.
Good knowledge in English and Swedish, additional language skills is considered a merit.
Skills in MS Office package
Knowledge about transportation of dangerous goods
Deep knowledge about payment and INCO terms as well as export documentation.
To be successful in this position you have a strong knowledge of order handling. You are confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work. You are a good communicator both verbally and in writing and you have the ability to operate externally as well as internally within the company, to create long and successful business relations. As a person you are positive, responsible and highly result oriented.
