Sympatec GmbH was established in 1984 as a spin-off from the Technical University of Clausthal. Since its foundation, Sympatec has clearly pioneered and defined the development of highest technological instruments for particle size and shape analysis, serving a variety of applications in laboratory and process. With continuous innovations in the technological fields of laser diffraction, dynamic image analysis, ultrasonic extinction and photon cross-correlation spectroscopy (PCCS), Sympatec makes a prominent contribution to the development, production and quality control of most challenging particulate systems. The company is internationally present and employs around 150 people. Offices, subsidiaries and agencies are located in Germany, Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. För fem år sedan startades Sympatec GmbH sitt kontor Sympatec Nordic till sina skandinaviska kunder i Rumskulla. I dagsläget bedriver vi våra verksamheter i en lägenhet, som är uppdelat i ett kök, visningsrum och kontor. Visningsrum är utrustat med apparater för att kunna ge en demonstration och för att kunna utföra testanalyser.
Your main responsibilities
Following an intensive training at our headquarters, the role will see you take responsibility for the project acquisition at new and known customers and support the sales manager of the Nordic area. You will be responsible for achieving project targets, time line following and reaching goals as well as developing business relationships with the potential customers. You are reporting to the sales manager. Supported by a knowledgeable internal sales team, central application laboratory and instrument specialists. The role includes responsibility for your projects of the customers in the Nordic sales area.
Your qualifications
The successful candidate will be educated with an engineering or science background. An experience in consulting or sales of relevant technical products would also be welcomed. The requested languages are Swedish and English. You are working independently from our office in Rumskulla with flexible working time. Occasionally, you are willing to travel nationally and internationally for exhibitions, seminars etc. As a Sales Support Engineer for Sympatec, you will be expected to be ambitious, self-motivated and highly organized with a confident, professional approach.
