As a Sales Support Coordinator you are an important link between the sales team and other departments. You will be placed at the Scandinavian head office in Gothenburg and one of your important tasks is to support the sales managers in the way that they can execute business initiatives fast and agile. You're also in direct contact with our Scandinavian customers (including Sweden, Norway and Denmark) to execute plans that are negotiated by the Sales Manager or Sales reps when needed.

You are also responsible for:
Administrative support tasks
Monitor the progress of customer-related processes including order management
Provide periodic reports and monitors our selective distribution network.
Monitor and act on yearplans/marketing calendar
Support our key accounts
Support sales managers in monitoring quarterly goals and compile weekly newsletters
Prepare and organize of sales- or sales related meetings
Support the sales representatives

You will report directly to Head of Sales Scandinavia/Benelux.

We're searching for a candidate with experience from fashion/retail/FMCG business. You're a teamplayer and "can-do" mentality who takes ownership of your responsibilities. Furthermore you enjoy making new contacts and building relationships both internal and external and you have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Required experience and skills:
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business management or related field preferred.
Fluent Swedish & English, both written and oral and preferably also good language skills in Danish and Norwegian.
