You will be responsible for:
• Delivering best in class Sales Support based on the Seago Line Customer Value Proposition. We expect you to build and develop solid customer relationships, enabling Seago Line to grow even further.
• Ensure all sales administrative tasks are completed before the customer places a booking. * Identifying and qualifying opportunities. Quote rates, and follow-up on made offers.
• Actively use the CRM system (salesforce.com) and data from other e-channels as a cornerstone in your daily job.
• Daily communication with external and internal customers and stakeholders.
• Communicating service and rate changes, notable trends, market knowledge, changes in policies, and other information to assigned accounts.
• Taking ownership for cross-functional coordination and proactive handling of service issues.
• Contributing towards achieving the volume targets for Seago Line Scandinavia.
• Creating synergies and best practice sharing by continuous communication with the different Scandinavian teams, as well as with the Global Service Centre and other Seago Line offices

In this position you are offered a splendid development opportunity within Sales Support where you can develop and set the standards in a new role. Jointly with the Account Managers you will be responsible for the sales activities towards the customers. You will be expected to deliver an excellent customer experience together with the sales colleagues and the customer service team through cooperation and team work.

The ideal candidate has a strong commercial, market- & customer understanding. You have excellent communication skills, and you enjoy the interaction with customers and colleagues in different countries. You are enthusiastic, customer focused, service-minded, result- and quality driven, and you act with a sense of urgency to deliver excellence in the details.

You should be able to manage and support the client portfolio through CRm systems, strong teamwork, networking, communication and collaboration, and show strong stakeholder management skills.

The candidate has an outgoing personality and is able to work under pressure maintaining a positive attitude towards our clients, external or internal. You are a fast learner who likes challenges and a high paced, diverse and dynamic work environment. You have good knowledge of salesforce.com.

The candidate should preferably have a relevant degree. The candidate needs to be fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Applications will be reviewed continuously.
