Description
Are you service-minded and passionate about administration?
You will belong to the TS&S organisation at Tetra Pak Sverige AB based in Lund.
In this role you will have a lot of contacts, both internal and external. You will communicate with both customers and suppliers and you will work in a Tetra Pak market company close to where things happen. You will be part of a good team with open atmosphere. There will be a possibility to meet customers once in a while.
Main responsibilities
• Support a group of engineers concerning con-tract administration and pricing
• Register projects in SAP
• Order material and plan resources related to projects
• Invoice customers
• Administer service orders
• Keep track of projects (including suppliers) and communicate with colleagues
Qualifications
First and foremost, we believe that you are organised and structured - that will help you become successful in this role. Furthermore you are flexible and able to handle several ongoing projects at a time. We also believe you are open-minded and outgoing.
You have a couple of years work experience from an administrative role. A certain technical understanding will help you, but no university degree is required. Knowledge about and experience from working in SAP R/3 is a must and thorough knowledge of MS Excel is considered a merit. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
