hela Sverige The Sales Specialist will be responsible for growing our Investment Management business by selling the appropriate product range into their allocated client base. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who is pro-active and willing to travel across the region. The person will have strong cross asset market knowledge and a good understanding of the Investment Management business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a focused sales plan based on your allocated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Actively participate in team meetings and events and share your customer, product and sales knowledge with the wider team.
• Pro-actively approach and develop the accounts in your territory by understanding client needs, applying consultative selling, cultivating references and developing appropriate product solutions.
• Develop strong links with the Investment Management Division and collaborate with
The Regional Business Manager to ensure you are informed of the latest roadmaps and can actively give client feedback on product development and competitor activity.
• Ensure you have a strong understanding of competitor products and services and how

Candidate Profile:
• 3 years of sales or industry experience or related client service experience.
• A deep knowledge of the Investment Management Industry and workflow
Requirements
• A strong knowledge of all asset classes
• A resilient self starter who is motivated to overachieve against target
• Excellent sales skills
• A quick learner who is not afraid of learning new products and solutions that are
developed to sell into the Investment Management territory
• Good organization and time management skills
Education / Qualifications:
• Eligible University degree (or comparable)
• Fluent English, additional languages are an advantage.
• Relevant financial market related certifications are beneficial.
