Responsibilities:
Engage with tourists and locals to promote and sell Red Sightseeing tour tickets.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about tour routes, schedules, and attractions.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Sales experience preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.
Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
