What you will do
At Johnson Controls, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Nordic JCI Security Products Intrusion team. In this new and exciting role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities focusing on the Swedish market. You will be an important part of a team, whose task is to identify and develop new business, and contribute to a profitable growth in the region. You will promote the full Security Products Intrusion portfolio including best-in-class products and solutions available on the market.

The Nordic region is a dynamic and vital part of the EMEA Intrusion market and you will work closely with current distributors and new key integrators to add new customers and grow market shares. You will report to the Nordic Sales Manager.

You are preferably located in Sweden with the ability to travel in Sweden and occasionally also in Norway. While the position is home office based, you should expect a great amount of travel with overnight travelling every second week, depending on your location.

We imagine you might have experience in sales and/or business development, but you can also be a recent graduate with relevant sales experience from student jobs or internships. The most important thing is your drive and motivation for sales, customer interaction and travel.

How you will do it
You will actively analyze the market and search for new business opportunities. You will support distributors during customer visits and customer events. You must also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with new key integrators and specifiers to identify new business projects and generate new opportunities. Furthermore, you will keep installers updated and follow up on customer contacts and projects. Finally, you will work closely with the Nordic team as well as distributors, and thus we expect you to be a team player.

What we look for
Required
• Experience with sales and/or business development.
• Open for travel in daily work.
• An impeccable drive for sales and customer interaction.

Preferred
• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience from the security industry is preferred.
• A strong interest and curiosity for technology
• Well-structured and result-oriented profile with a strong commitment to deliver.
• A team player who is able to build strong relationships and with an ability to work independently.
