ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a German speaking sales person for our web based Artologik series of software. Your main task will be to sell our products on the phone and by e-mail to companies and public organisations located mainly in German speaking countries, but also in English speaking countries. We are working with direct sales via our website www.artologik.com. Our customers register themselves on our site to obtain more information. We then start a seller-customer business relation. On some very specific occasions, we also visit our customers.
The company has been in the market for 20 years. Today, we have 25 employees and two offices (in Växjö and Oskarshamn). We also have three virtual offices in Stockholm, Hamburg and Paris. Among our German-speaking customers we can count: the University of Zürich, Fujitsu-Siemens, Toshiba Tec Germany, Frankfurter Sparkasse.
WORK ASSIGNMENT
Your main task will be to sell our software and services. This means you will have to answer customer questions, create offers and renew contracts, follow-up customer files and offers…
As a person, you have to be result oriented since you will be working towards fulfilling a goal and a budget. Of course, you have to like and be motivated by sales work.
As a sales person for Artisan you will have to listen to your customers’ needs and wishes in order to write an accurate offer. You should have excellent writing skills and experience in writing professional offers and technical specifications that match your customers’ questions. You will be involved with the CEO of the company as well as with other team members during the whole sales process. You will also get support from our technical team.
EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
You must be able to speak and write proficient German, it is a plus if it is your native language. You also need to speak and write fluent English. It is a plus if you can speak Swedish but it is not a requirement.
We are looking for someone with an educational background in business, economics, computer sciences or alike. If you have worked a few years as a sales person, it can count for us as a good qualification. We would also appreciate some experience and knowledge in various web projects.
You must have good social skills and be talented at communicating since this work is based on customer contact. You need to be a team player and like to supply a quality service, at the same time you also have to be able to work alone and be well structured. You must have good working skills in Office Word, Excel and other common software.

• Education in business, economics, computer sciences, or alike.
• You are independent, result oriented and with top social skills
• It is of great importance that you have a strategy-oriented business mind and a capability to understand all kinds of contexts.
• You must have the ability to find rational and flexible solutions to problems in a stressful time
• You enjoy working in an environment characterized by quick decisions and you like to take action

Ersättning
Fast lön + rörlig lön
