We are currently seeking three Sales Performance Managers (SPMs) for Avis & Budget in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The Sales Performance programme is a sales motivating programme developed to increase sales performance at rental station level.

AS SPM you must be sales oriented and have a proven track record of sales results. You must have a hunger for sales, be proactive, service oriented and enjoy coaching and training people.

As SPMs you will be required to:

•  Collaborate with teams to conduct timely and targeted analysis of sales and revenue generation
•  Build relationships with key stakeholders to achieve enhanced sales and revenue generation
•  Identify and shares opportunities & strategies for increased sales and revenue opportunities
•  Partner with our Operations to measure and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies
•  Provide training, mentoring and coaching to local teams that addresses revenue generation performance issues and overall sales effectiveness
•  Act as consultant, keeping up to date with the latest sales approaches, training methods and techniques so as to maximise support of business objectives

As a person you are outgoing and have the ability to coach, motivate and develop others. You are driven by the desire to deliver results through the influencing of others and seek to gain support and keep everyone onboard with ideas and approaches no matter how challenging they may seem to others.

Proven experience in front-line sales training and performance leadership and experience from the retail- /service industry will be an asset in this role, but is not a formal requirement.

Outstanding communication skills are a requirement as well as strong English skills in addition to being fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages. Extensive travel will be required.

There is one role available in each of the three countries and in this role you will be responsible for the SPM programme in the respective country and report into the Area Sales Performance Manager who heads up the programme in Scandinavia.
