About the team
We are a team of 4 people with high ambitions! Our main task is to guide our Management Team and Field Sales organization in how the company's largest sales channel is performing and how to improve that performance. We do this through thorough business planning, analyses of key performance indicators and by supplying analyses, dashboards and other tools for the Management Team and the field sales force.
About the role
As Sales Performance Analyst you will have a major impact on our business and be a key player in our growth journey.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• create and develop reports and analyses for management and various stakeholders to enable performance tracking and fact-based decision making
• create and develop reports and dashboards for the field sales teams to enable day-to-day performance management, to drive motivation and to enable fact-based coaching
• lead and/or participate in cross functional projects related to sales performance
• Be involved in tailoring incentive models for the sales force
• support in business planning for the Field Sales channel
Candidate profile
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering. The ideal candidate for this role has previous experience from sales performance, finance or business analysis. You have a strong drive, a solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills. Our company is going through an exciting transformation and the Sales Performance Analyst need tobe comfortable with rapid changes, even with short notice. You will be a part of an international team so you need to be fluent in English and Swedish with strong communication skills.
