About the position

As a Sales Operations Specialist your mission will be to drive and improve sales performance and efficiency through our global sales organization with the main goal to increase sales results and productivity. You will strategically work with developing the skills, knowledge and content in the sales team by sales enablement.

Another part of your work is to develop and implement internal best practices with external industry trends to shape sales strategies.
Furthermore, together with the rest of the team, you will form and execute the strategy of Commercial Operations and be a key player in driving sales transformation projects. You will work cross-functionally with Finance and report to the Commercial Chief Officer.

Your daily activities will include:

• Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business

• Maintaining CRM, data in CRM, and extended sales tools and developing new processes, as we grow.

• Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and coordinating and developing our process of sales forecasts

• Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

• Develop and maintain our deal desk functionality

• Assisting in further develop our Sales enablement program and onboarding program. Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.

• Assisting Sales management with territory planning, quota setting, commission program and sales KPI follow up.

• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.

To be successful in this role you should have experience with:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience. Maybe you have previously been working with Sales, Sales Operations or within a sales administratio.

• Experience in driving adoption of automation tools for commercial teams from start to finish - gather requirements, vendor selection, recommendation, implementation and trainings.
• Experience in measurement framework development and implementation for our sales investments.
• Fluent in english, written and spoken.
• It is a plus with past experiences in working within SaaS companies and CRM system Hubspot.
