In this position you will have a central role in our sales team. You will bring structure to our sales operations and provide support in all steps of the sales process, from customer lead to installation and first treatment. You will become one of our CRM-experts, responsible for documentation of customer account information and milestones as well as quote generations. You will also handle initial sale support activities in new markets, revenue forecasts, invoice administration and installed base analyses. Further, you will be the main contact person for key account customers during their installation phase, responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In this role you will work closely with several of RaySearch's dynamic teams and departments, including sales, marketing, service and quality. The main part of RaySearch's sales and marketing activities are coordinated from the head office in Stockholm. However, as RaySearch acts on a global market, this position includes broad international interactions, both with distributors and direct with RaySearch customers.

To be successful in this position you need great communication and administration skills. You will bring positive energy to the team and use your interpersonal skills to build a strong network among colleagues and customers. You are very well-organized and enjoy finding structure in an agile work environment. Further, you are a multi-tasker who is used to handling a variety of tasks without losing attention to details.
Qualifications & Experience
We would like to see that you have:
• Relevant university degree or equivalent education
• 3-5 years' experience from sales operations
• Experience from working in CRM-system (Salesforce)
• Very strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in English is required, good knowledge in other languages are considered a merit
• Work experience within medical device or healthcare industry is considered meriting
