We are now seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Sales and Marketing Controller in our Health & Medical (HM) Nordics & Baltics Controlling team. The HM portfolio includes incontinence products, wound care, compression therapy, orthopedics, skincare products and digital solutions with sensor technology. Distribution channels for the products are pharmacies, medical devices stores, hospitals, distributors and care institutions as well as online.
In this role you will be the Sales & Marketing Controller for Sweden, liaising and working closely with the Sales Director for Sweden and the local management team, and be responsible for some Controlling processes across countries within Nordics & Baltics.
The role reports to the Senior Sales & Marketing Controller Nordics & Baltics and work in a team of three Sales & Marketing Controllers / Price Support & rebate Analyst. Below you can read more details about what the role entails.
What you will do
Support and challenge the Swedish commercial organization as a business partner in the delivery of annual targets.
Complete the Period End Close process by maintaining systems to ensure accurate accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Monitor & analyze the financial performance, deviations & follow up and suggest corrective actions when needed.
Complete the Volume Price Mix analysis, Price tracking and EBITA deviation analysis.
In charge of budgeting and forecasting process for the Health & Medical business in Sweden.
Responsible for the analysis and reporting of selling expenses and advertising and promotion costs in Nordics & Baltics.
Active contributor to the S&OP process to secure alignment between Volume Demand and financial expectations.
Lead or participate in business improvement projects.
Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies and legal regulations.

Who you are
Bachelor or master degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance or closely related fields
Able to communicate and influence across different levels of a matrix organization
Experienced with and interest for financial information, reporting and planning systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Open to change and drive improvement processes
Ability to prioritize and structure your work
Fluent in English written and spoken
Strong system skills/IT literate, (SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Office)
