Main Activities and responsibilities
The position as Sales & Application Engineer (Electronics) is the perfect fit for you who want to work with technical sales support for marine products.
You will provide our customers with support and advices regarding the Volvo Penta Marine product range. And you will work with long term development of tools and methods that will add value to our products and improve the installation quality.
The role also includes exciting work in collecting boat data and give suitable recommendations regarding electronics and according to Volvo Penta installation requirements. You will perform measurements and in some cases commissioning in the field or at boat builder location.

As you will be the department representative in product development projects and take lead in transferring competence to the market units a communicative ability is crucial. We see that you are a person with an open and positive attitude and with a strong focus on providing sales, support and technical advice. Qualifications:
Master in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish is required
Experience from the marine industry is preferred
Experience from, and interest in, the practical operation and/or maintenance of boats is preferred
Experience from international contacts (and travel) is preferred.
