POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager. This position will play a key role in the growth and expansion of ZAARK's services and product offerings to a wide array of customers ranging from small business to big volume level accounts. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for new acquisition sales, with the planet as the established geographic territory, to quickly understand needs, issues and strategies of the customer. These responsibilities involve presenting to the prospect customers ZAARK's services and products by driving sales. Together with the CEO, you will develop revenue quota to meets or exceed sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the B2B Mobile VOIP Sales paths.
• Identify, develop, execute, and maintain account strategies to drive sales of ZAARK products.
• Understand and navigate account procurement practices to successfully negotiate profitable contracts.
• Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to CEO.
• Ensure accurate and timely forecasts and management reports.
• Sharing momentum solutions to prospective clients
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred or other equivalent relevant education or experience.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/ YOUR SKILLS

• Proven successful business to business sales experience
• Successful track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience in positioning, managing and selling to international big volume accounts.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Fluent in English, written and formal presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
• Be able to multi-task with shifting priorities
• Self-propelled, pro-active, resilient, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimal direction.

BENEFICIAL

• Telecommunications sales experience selling to international big volume accounts.
• Experience selling VOIP services.
• Experience with formal sales management
• Demonstrated understanding of VOIP/SIP technology
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Experience working in a small organisation.
