P/A Industries has been designing and building Automation and Coil Handling Equipment for the Metal Stamping and Fabricating Industry since 1953. Today, P/A Industries markets its products in 35 countries and has a company presence in the Czech Republic, Brazil, Germany and Sweden. Other locations are serviced through a comprehensive Dealer network. P/A Industries designs and builds innovative Coil Handling, Press Feeding and Wire Forming Equipment for the Metal Stamping and Fabricating Industry. These also include Plating, Assembly and Molding Operations. The company focus is on improving productivity and providing tailor made, solutions for customer applications, with these designs. Reporting to our Managing Director Sweden, with dotted line responsibility to the President of P/A Industries, you have the responsibility for the Scandinavian market. You are responsible for promoting and selling the Mectool and P/A Industries product range in line with the strategies of P/A Industries. Your job is to maintain and develop business building relationships at all levels within a customer's organization and to prospect, find, and develop new customers in all market segments and categories. Initial responsibility will be directed to the Mectool product range. Subsequent focus will be on the P/A Industries family of products. You will be working from a home office in southern Sweden (Skåne or Blekinge) and travelling approximately 4 days a week to customers and partners in Scandinavia.
We are looking for a self driven entrepreneur with minimum 5 years experience selling B-to-B. You have experience in selling to the industry, preferably capital goods, machines, tools etc. Experience in selling to the Scandinavian market is preferable. We believe you have a technical/mechanical engineering degree, and you must be sales/commercially experienced. Some business and sales courses/training is a bonus. You are fluent in Swedish, you speak and write English very well and must be able to understand and communicate well with Norwegian and Danish people.
You are commercial and business focused as well as technically oriented with excellent communication skills and ready to pick up a challenge and to join a successful group. For the right person there is a good potential to become the next managing director for Scandinavia.
