As an Sales Manager you will play a key role in our Sales team to expand our footprint and continue our successful growth. You will be reporting directly to our International Sales Manager. In this role you will help drive the partnership with clients around adopting our products and services, as well as co-innovation for new solutions.

main responsibilities
Sales Management:
• Look for and convince new clients of our services
• Process and follow up on requests from clients across the Nordics
• Write and offer commercial proposals for project implementations and/or new software development

Account growth:
• Drive adoption of new or existing MCS software products through optimised positioning and messaging through multiple channels
• Drive usage of MCS services
• Perform product presentations and demonstrations
• Communicate to clients on new product releases and the upcoming roadmap
• Identify gaps in functionality and monitor funding for new developments

Marketing:
• Obtain customer testimonials for future reference
• Participate in key client events
• Internal collaboration
• Work with MCS teams in Development, Project Delivery, Learning, Sales Support, Finance, Marketing and others

Financial follow up
• Oversee accuracy of invoicing, and follow up on overdue invoices

Shortlist REQUIREMENTS

• Be comfortable with business software in sales or delivery context
• Comfortable working in a Multinational Software Company
• Relevant experience is a plus
• Previous experience with sales processes or account management is a plus
• Result oriented, committed and engaged
• Strong convincing and networking skills
• Driven, positive and flexible
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Be creative, proactive and able to think out-of-the-box
• Very flexible, committed and willing to travel
• Excellent English, Swedish. Other languages are a plus.
