Castell d'Age is a family run vineyard since three generation. We produce organic wines and cavas in the region of Penedes, just 40 km from Barcelona. We are currently exporting to twelve countries, mainly in US, Europe and Asia.
Your role aims to supporting and growing our international customer portfolio. Your role will consist of exciting opportunities to see the world as you travel for meetings with our customers as well as attending international wine fairs.
Experience from the wine business is not a must but a bonus. You will be taking part of internal educations to grow your expertise. You should be fluent in English and it would be convenient if you speak or understand Spanish. You are extrovert, social and disciplined. You enjoy making new acquaintances and you are driven by making results in sales. Castell d'Age is a fast growing company and a family business. • Basic salary + commission
• possibility to live in Barcelona or Sweden
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
