Mission at work
As part of our international sales team you will be working with high-tech products. You will be responsible for developing our activities and to drive sales revenues in Europe for Sensys’ entire products and services offering. You will significantly develop our business in this region by addressing the key players on the market through different sales channels, such as distributors, agents and partners.
Main responsibilities
• Define and implement sales action plan for targeted customers in order to drive and significantly increase sales revenues and to develop Sensys’ penetration and image in the territory.
• Assume full responsibility of sales achievements and sales follow-up for the targeted customers.
• Identify, qualify, recruit, develop and manage distributors and partners to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Develop sustainable relationships with distributors, partners and government agencies to convey support and confidence with regard to the company’s capabilities.
• Direct sales forecasting activities of channel partners and set performance goals accordingly.
• Make accurate and timely pipeline forecasts for achieving assigned quota on a monthly and year-to-date basis and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues to maintain good working relations.
• Monitor current and emerging market trends, channel segments and competitive strategies in sales areas to effectively identify and develop new business.
• Perform demonstrations of the equipment.
• Assist at exhibitions representing Sensys.

The position is based at our head office in Jönköping, Sweden.
