Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager you will be driving sales to major organizations in your assigned area. Reporting to the country Sales Director you will be directly responsible for both maximize and increase revenue growth through securing new business.
We are currently looking for Sales Managers for France (to be based in Paris), Germany (to be based in Hamburg or Munich) and Scandinavia (to be based in Stockholm).
The position will focus upon:
• Identifying and create client opportunities.
• Move the opportunities forward in alignment with our Sales Methodology.
• Prospecting by phone (cold calling).
• Liaising and negotiating with all relevant departments in prospective and existing client companies.
• Liaise with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals, achieving committed results.
• Maintaining the HQ up to date with all financial reporting, legal contracts, etc.
We need you to be/have:
• Proven sales record with minimum 5 years experience in selling value added solutions/applications.
• Experience in the field of Customer Service Optimization is a plus.
• Experience in working as (or with) commercial consultants is a plus.
• Excellent local language skills and fluent spoken and written English is a must.
• Commercially strong, ambitious and entrepreneur.
• Results and customer oriented.
• Organized and self regulated.
