We are looking for an experienced sales manager to help our client reach their growth targets. The successful candidate be responsible for creating strategies for the sales team and leading them beyond what is asked of them.

• Start Up
• App developer company
• Head office in central Stockholm
• Provides an app that helps people explore and discover great local places to eat-outs, cafes, bars & pubs around them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Grow and surpass sales targets by managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience as a sales manager or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
