As Sales Manager in the Distribution Automation & Distributed Energy Markets, you will be responsible for developing and securing new business in Scandinavia. In the Energy Distribution Sector, you will be focusing on our Grid Automation portfolio and create solutions, such as Connected Asset Lifecycle Management (CALM), Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) and Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). All to secure revenue and growth for our customers. At the center of events, you will be part of our global sales team and you will work closely with the product management, sales and marketing organizations.

Your main missions:
• Define the Go to Market plan and vision for Grid Automation in Distribution.
• Create and position innovative and complex solutions, including either elements from ABB's Substation Automation or Market Software Solutions.
• Identify and handle initiatives and innovation funding.
• Promote our complete portfolio of cutting edge systems and solutions.
• Lead business development campaigns for current and future customers.
• Develop partnerships and identify acquisition opportunities in order to strengthen ABB's market position.

To be successful in the role, you need to be an inspiring and motivating leader with strong focus on building a foundation for collaboration. You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, or a relevant degree in Physics or Applied Mathematics. You have more than 10 years' experience of defining and/or developing advanced automation and optimization of power system solutions. You also need an understanding of the various methods of organizing and regulating power industries in different countries and markets. Experience of working in an international matrix organization is beneficial. Fluency in English is a must, written and spoken alike. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
