Sales Executive, Leisure & Airline

We are now looking to complement our team with a Sales Executive, Leisure & Airline, to be part of the Nordic Leisure/Airline Sales Team, reporting to Account Director Leisure & Crew and supporting in all aspects of client related administrative tasks such as RFP processes, converting leads/opportunities, reporting and prospecting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support management of FIT/LGR requests and contracts (static/dynamic)
• Assist with airline RFPs and airline prospecting/mapping.
• Assist in building relationships with clients to ensure Rezidor remains a supplier of choice
• Maintain robust tracking and reporting processes
• Work pro-actively with CRM system Salesforce.com in line with Rezidor protocols.
• Assist Leisure/Airline sales team with the completion of reporting, statistics etc
• Assist with practical sales tasks & event planning when required (create invitations, promotions, presentations, trade fairs, site inspections etc.)
• Attend, where requested, client events and showcase evenings.
• Work closely with the Area Support Office and the hotel operational teams

Knowledge & Experience:

• You have minimum 2 years business experience from a sales & marketing coordinator position.
• You have a higher degree qualification or past experience in the hotel industry.
• You have a professional working proficiency in English and preferably at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
• You have proven experience of working with Salesforce.com and good Excel knowledge.
• You are passionate and enthusiastic about establishing relations and fulfilling the needs of internal and external stakeholders such as hotels, clients and teams.
• You have a pro-active work approach.
