Our Story

Deskmate is a thin but powerful software interface that sits between a user and their digital basket of software programs.

As a user, you see a single "dashboard view" that connects all your digital tools, and it automates a bunch of office processes, which minimises errors as well as giving you hours of time back, every week.

It's pretty powerful and there's a lot more things it does, including powering search across all your data with a single click.

Our Culture

Deskmate.com is a business with a mission. We're not creating a 'nice to have' or a modest tool which is an additional distraction. We're creating software which directly improves a user's productivity, and brings a bunch of benefits from that.

About the Job

We are looking for an inside sales rep to close inbound sales leads and also prospect for clients on their own initiative when it makes sense to do so.

So far, most of our user growth has occurred as a result of a more informal range of conversations: People hear what we do, and it resonates with them and they buy.

We are now in a good place to ramp up our growth trajectory and are looking to recruit our first sales hires, to work closely with the CEO, who has managed sales thus far.

You will be part of an initial 'Growth' team within the business, comprising of the CEO, sales, marketing and product team members. This team will be small, flexible and agile enough to adapt to what works and sweat it!

This is an inside sales role, driving sign ups and demos mainly remotely via email and over the phone, with few face to face meetings. You will be primarily selling to prospects based in the UK and US.
