Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales cycle from lead sourcing to closing and account management.
• Provide realistic forecasting to the manager on weekly and monthly basis.
• Create a realistic pipeline for sales.
• Invest in the team and company.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in tele sales is plus.
• Fluency in English is a must. An additional language such as German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian is a big plus.
• Previous experience in online display advertising is a plus.
Compensation:
• Basic salary + performance based commission.
• Attractive bonuses on exceeding targets.
