We are now recruiting a Sales Excellence Business Analyst Intern to our Malmö office.

Sales Excellence function
The Sales Excellence team functions as an in-house consultancy firm and consist of four persons, based out of HQ in Malmö, Sweden. The team has truly global and constant top management exposure and consist of energetic high capability colleagues playing a key role in optimizing the commercial efforts of ArjoHuntleigh.

The team is responsible for the Commercial Excellence program, Price Excellence program and other strategic projects. The objective of the two programs is to implement strategies improving commercial and pricing efficiency and performance in local sales organizations.

Purpose of job & responsibilities

As Sales Excellence Business Analyst Intern you will be supporting the Sales Excellence team in the Price Excellence and Commercial Excellence programs. You will have extensive responsibilities, including consolidating data, conducting various analyses and implementing initiatives.

Main responsibilities in Price Excellence program:
• Consolidate transactional data
• Support in price building tool development, mainly towards non-strategic products
• Support in price corridor analysis, mainly towards non-strategic products
• Define global and cluster-specific floor prices for non-strategic products, including refinementof building tool for pilot products
• Roll out floor prices for non-strategic products

Main responsibilities in Commercial Excellence program:

• Consolidate country data for analysis
• Conduct revenue analysis
• Conduct market potential calculations
• Conduct market potential analysis
• Consolidate post-launch prioritization changes

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is a Master student in either finance or engineering with 1-2 years left to graduation.

Professional competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to present in a clear and easily understandable way
• Fluent in English
• International experience and extracurricular activities is a merit but not a must

Personal competencies:

• Strong analytical abilities enabling valuable insights for various analysis
• Structured personality supporting planning and execution of complex project activities
• Self-starter with an execution orientated mind-set ensuring qualitative deliverables on time
• Ability to deliver on challenges and opportunities with high quality in an international environment
• Change orientated mind-set enabling to support implementation of new initiatives
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills relating well to others. Team player with good social skills and sense of humour
• Willingness and ambition to work in a truly global position where travel might be required

The extent of the position is 15-20 hours per week. Travel might be required, primarily to Western Europe and potentially the US and Asia.
