Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our team in Gothenburg!

About the position as Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer at John Crane, you will become a main player in developing and leading business opportunities within the assigned territory (Gothenburg and Southern Sweden). Besides being responsible for budget goals and progress reports, you will put a large focus on ensuring customer satisfaction - always keen to find new strategies to improve it! Confidence is shown in your ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels when visiting clients to gather information that will help you propose an appropriate solution in accordance with John Crane's policy, product groups, strategies, and margin. By being transparent and open in your communication you evoke a sense of unity, while providing great motivation. Your introduction of team-bonding activities contributes to keeping a positive working environment!

For the position as a Sales Engineer you must have a solid technical background within Engineering studies (Mechanical, Chemical or similar). You have 5-10 years of previous experience in a sales position, which means you have no problem discussing technical products with clients face to face - regardless of the language being Swedish or English. A driving license is essential for this role.

This process is a recruitment where you will be employed by John Crane after the recruitment process.
