Senior Sales Engineer TFT Semiconductor

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer TFT Semiconductor for the Nordic Countries which will be based in Häggvik north of Stockholm but report to our German branch office. Mitsubishi Electric is one of the world's leading companies in manufacturing, marketing and sales of electric and electronic products. From our European Semiconductor headquarters in Ratingen, we cover all sales and export activities in Western and Eastern Europe, Russia and South Africa. In your function you will support us to develop the business in the Nordic Countries.

Your tasks:

General sales support for direct customers and distributors for industrial TFT Displays according to the valid guidlines and instructions
Identifying new business opportunities at existing & new customers  to ensure continues business growth in your region
Accompany customers during the design -in phase of our TFT Displays and ensure the final design-win
Regular project follow up sessions with our Distribution network
Building up long-term customer relationships on all levels at Engineering and Purchasing Departments
Meet and exceed agreed sales budgets
Preparing Mid Term Business plans
Sales reporting
Intensive and regular communication of any relevant market & customer information towards the European Semiconductor Organization ( Marketing & Engineering ) and Japan HQ

Your profile;

  University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
At least 5-7 years of experience in TFT-modules or closely related, preferable in Sales  & Marketing or Engineering
Nordic TFT Market knowledge is desireable 
Very good English skills
Readiness to frequent travel within Sweden, the Nordic countries and the German branch office

As you will be working on your own in Sweden, this role demands a high degree of independence and organizational skills. Other qualities we are looking for is custom orientation, open-mindness and flexibility.

We preferable want you to work in our office in Häggvik (where we have two other Mitsubishi Electric divisions) but we are flexible in that question.
