About the job
The Sales Enablement talent will truly become a specialist orchestrating the collaboration between the entire Sales Community, Sales Management and Minna's VP of Sales. You'll set your own structure to enable all the elements of the Sales Community to operate more efficiently as a single unit. In your role, you'll cover the areas of account execution, customer success and Subscription Provider sales. You'll ensure that the opportunity lifecycle is represented in accurate forecasting, combined with developed reporting management; precise use of CRM, robust results and a personal brand that reflects the excellence of standards to which others aspire.

It includes ownership of process across Bank Sales, Strategic Account Management and Subscription Provider Sales, and delivery of ARR forecast material and analysis, extending to Transactional Revenue forecasting and reporting as the role evolves. Success will result in reduced internal friction in the sales process, and increased automation to allow AEs, SAMs and SP Sales to spend more time externally and less time internally. Other teams and communities at Minna will rely on you for information, and in turn you will manage the resources and collateral that they make available to the Sales Community, ensuring its accuracy and customer-readiness.

You'll guide the Project Management team through implementation scheduling, relying on your forecasts of new and current projects, Proofs of Concepts and Pilots. During RFPs you'll assume a lead role to deliver the most professional response in partnership with the relevant Account Executive.

You'll be the team's focal point relating to how customer needs are being serviced through Bank Sales & Strategic Account Management combinations, a hub of consistency in our Gothenburg office or remotely, for communication to and from the Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers and Service Provider team.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who can become the Sales Community's focal point relating to how customer needs are being serviced through Bank Sales, Strategic Account Management and Subscription Provider Sales combinations. The successful candidate will be a hub of consistency in our Gothenburg office or remotely. Previous experience in administering and developing CRM usage in a fast-paced sales environment would be useful, and it is important to the company that the Sales Operations talent has the credibility and energy to create partnerships across the company to enable smooth communication while removing obstacles. The Sales Enablement talent will be attracted to spotting processes that can be improved, and autonomous work driven by their own initiative to apply structure that is clearly explained, and therefore welcomed, by the Sales Community.
