Stockholm Headhunting has now been commissioned to find a Sales Director for Quantum Secure to help manage and build their business in the Nordic Region.

Quantum Secure was founded in 2004 and entered the market as the first Physical Identity and Access Management platform. The Quantum Secure SAFE software suite is designed to connect disparate physical security, IT and operational systems and to automate manual security processes in order to reduce both costs and risks. Today Quantum Secure's SAFE Software Suite is the the leading solution for managing identities and provisioning access in physical security infrastructure. As part of the SAFE Software Suite, Quantum Secure have created applications that help automate physical security system functions, such as physical identity management, role-based access, self-service administration, identity/event correlation and reporting into a single Web-based interface that is easy to manage and use. Quantum Secure partners with leading multinational companies like Microsoft, IBM, HP, ORACLE, Securitas and vendors of physical access control systems such as Tyco, UTC, Honeywell and Siemens. Some of their many customers include Stockholm Transport (SL), Shell, British American Tobacco, Accenture, Adobe Systems, AMD, AT and Symantec Corporation.

Your responsibilities as Nordic Regional Sales Director will include developing and maintaining the pipeline of qualified opportunities and meeting the annual sales target. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales and teaming up with local partners including colleagues from Quantum Secure's parent group of HID Global and Assa Abloy. You will report to Quantum Secure's Head of Sales for Europe and work closely with other sales colleagues in Europe and USA. All support around business development, marketing, pre-sales technical and post-sales professional services will be provided through Quantum Secure's existing resources in Europe and globally. Together with the European manager you will build the team in the Nordic region.

To succeed in this role we believe that you have a minimum of five years experience in selling enterprise software solutions to large local and international companies as well as state and local government agencies. We believe that you have an extensive experience in developing a business plan to exceed sales quota and that you can build an independent pipeline through your existing network of end users, System Integrators and Value Added Resellers (VAR's). You should have strong knowledge in managing direct and VAR channel sales in the identity management, physical security domain. You should also have technical knowledge of B2B business software applications such as Access Provisioning platforms or Event Management and/ or Information/Cyber Security systems. We believe that you have exceptional communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations. You are a self motivated entrepreneur that focuses on building relationships and customer needs. You are a fluent writer and speaker in English and Swedish, and you have a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree or equivalent industry experience.
