The responsibilities will broadly include the following :
-Acquiring large, named accounts
• Develop and maintain high-level relations with VP, CIO and CEO levels
• Develop attack plans for strategic accounts
• Promote early stage pipeline development, including RFI/RFP assistance and regional partner relationship management.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve the company sales target and forecast.
• Develop network of alliances, partners and sales agents.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, results and forecast.
• Provide market feedback and accurate forecasting to management team to optimize strategy and positioning of offerings.
• Give presentations and speak at industry events and tradeshows.

You need to have following skills for this role:
-Individual contributor with ability to work independently and take ownership of regional sales territory
• Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment
• Be a strategic thinker with a good understanding of the global outsourcing market
• Demonstrated track record in sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience producing sales materials and delivering presentations before senior level executives
• Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updated on progress and challenges
• A proven ability to work with a diverse team of individuals across globe.
• Willingness to travel
