Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Hem is seeking a driven Sales Director to build and lead a passionate and knowledgeable Sales team. This full time position will report to the CEO and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
As Hem Sales director you will be responsible for all our sales actions and will create & implement our sales strategy across the organisation. You will be required to independently and proactively plan, articulate and develop initiatives according to the company strategy. You will be required to independently and proactively plan, articulate and develop our sales network according to the company strategy. This includes managing B2C sales via our e-commerce platform and B2B managing our on-field team.. Your responsibilities will include: The Sales Director will be responsible for: - Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit and budget targets -Develop and maintain relationships with clients - Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets - Representing the business at trade fairs and networking events - Ability to lead an enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales team - Maximizing new business development opportunities - Overseeing a sales team and working closely with the marketing team - Hire and train an efficient and lean sales team - Identifying improvement potential in teams performance and drive revenue through a motivated and knowledgeable team - Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization - Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Min. 2-5 years experience in a similar position and MUST HAVE sales knowledge in the furniture industry - Fluent in English and in French or German - You have a passion for design or art and are able to pass on this passion to your team - You have strong communication skills and work in a structured and efficient manner - You are results oriented - You are a committed and responsible person - You have the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines - You have strong analytical and problem-solving ability - You are a "doer" and don't mind getting your hands dirty in a highly entrepreneurial environment
