About the role
This Sales Operations Co-Ordinator role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Jeanswear brands future by managing their key accounts. The role has the responsibility for achieving the strategic goals like:

• Committed to our Go To Market calendar and sales plans you will create the perfect basis for smooth and efficient processes with meaningful reports - including continuous optimization.
• You will own orderbook entry and facilitate order book health, analysis and full data maintenance, exchanging ideas intensively with colleagues in Sales, Sales Planning & Customer Service.
• With Excel-based evaluations, you will Support the EMEA Sales team with critical insights, driving orderbook analytics and analytical thinking that enable full growth potential
• With strong communication and team working skills, you will develop and maintain strong partnership with your sales colleagues, supporting the largest business priorities and opportunities.
• You will build reports and dashboards to track performance and create a single source of truth
• You will provide a sales support service to the SKA and Field Account team which includes key account content management, sample co-ordination/logistic, category/assortment files and B2B onboarding/training.

This role is as a consultant for 3 months. For the right candidate there are chances of a more permanent position within the company.

Responsibilities:

As our Sales Operations Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for;
• Order book entry, accuracy and maintenance
• Key Account content facilitation, data management, customer portal alignment
• EDI, Assortment, category and pricing ownership and delivery for key accounts
• Sample coordination and logistics
• Seasonal and promotional stock list proposal and reviews e.g. MO lists
• Sell out data collation, analysis, insights and report creation. Dashboard creation that drives awareness, action and improvement.
• Facilitation of account order book reviews, PO accuracy and seasonal improvement.

Personal suitability will be taken into consideration.

Requested profile:
• Experience in authoring, interpreting, reviewing reports, where analysis generates insights and a progressive call to action
• Experience and success in building strong team and cross functional partnerships.
• Advanced Excel Skills - Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in the creation, interpretation and delivery of reports in Excel
• Organizational and Planning Skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment and build structured, but flexible plans.
• Analytical Thinking and Insights Focused - Strong analytical mindset, good numerical comprehension, and data insights experience.
• Growth mindset and attention to detail - Is detailed oriented, progress focused, with an inquisitive nature
• Team Player - Communicative and supportive team player with assertiveness and the willingness to develop further and put the status quo to the test.
• English and Swedish skills must be profound
